1. Eligibility
You must be physically located in Canada and at least 19 years old. You must provide accurate eligibility information and keep one personal account. We may request reasonable verification and refuse or suspend access when eligibility, security or these Terms are in doubt.
2. Entertainment-only service
Eighty Mosley does not accept deposits or wagers of money. Mosley Marks are fictional play credits with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not automate play, probe protected endpoints, interfere with results, impersonate another person, evade an account restriction or exploit an error. 4. Fair operation
Future game outcomes will be resolved by the server. Visual presentation does not determine the persisted outcome. A displayed error, interrupted animation or stale page does not create an entitlement to fictional credits beyond the authoritative ledger. Private probability configuration is not a consumer promise unless a specific value is expressly published.
5. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change or retire features, games or virtual balances to protect security, correct errors or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms will be presented for renewed acceptance where required.
6. Player controls
Break and self-exclusion controls apply for their confirmed duration. Attempts to evade a restriction may lead to longer suspension. The service is entertainment and should not be used to predict or practise for real-money gambling.
7. Content and acceptable use
The interface, original artwork, writing and code are protected materials. You may use the service personally through the provided controls. You may not copy the product identity, resell access, scrape personal data, upload harmful material or misuse Care Desk forms.
8. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided for entertainment without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent through the Care Desk.
