Information we collect
Account registration uses email, screen name, password hash, date of birth, eligibility confirmations and accepted policy versions. Operation creates security logs, session records, fictional Marks activity, profile preferences and game-round records. Care requests include the contact details and message you submit.
How we use it
We use information to establish eligibility, secure accounts, maintain consistent Mosley Marks, resolve and audit rounds, enforce Player Care controls, answer requests, diagnose faults and meet applicable obligations. Frequency Lens preferences personalize presentation and discovery; they never influence game outcomes.
Google sign-in
If activated, Google provides a verified email and basic profile identity through an authorization-code flow. An unknown Google identity is held only as a short-lived pending registration until you separately complete age, Canada, screen-name and policy confirmations. Google credentials and tokens are not exposed to the browser beyond what the secure flow requires.
Analytics and consent
Optional analytics is disabled in the local product. If GA4 is configured later, it remains blocked until Analytics consent under the selected strict/basic posture. No automatic page view is sent before consent. You can withdraw optional consent in the Cookie Preference Centre.
Sharing, retention and security
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email or identity providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Retention follows account, security, audit, legal and request-handling needs. Controls include hashed passwords, HttpOnly sessions, CSRF protection, rate limits, least-privilege database access and bounded logs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to security, legal and anti-abuse records that must be retained. You may change optional consent, request a play break or self-exclude. Send privacy questions through the Care Desk or email care@80mosleyst.com.
